In‑Store Exchange Policy

SHIMA Park is committed to ensuring the best shopping experience for all customers. Items purchased may be exchanged under the following conditions:

Exchange Period

Customers may exchange items within 14 days from the purchase date (as shown on the receipt) (for in-store purchases), and from the date you received the item (based on courier delivery records) (for online purchases).

Conditions for Exchange

  • Must be in brand-new condition (100%)

  • Not used, not washed

  • No stains, sweat marks, cosmetic marks, glue residue, or odors

  • Original tags/labels must remain attached

  • Original packaging (bag/box) must be in good condition

  • The original receipt must be presented

Types of Exchanges

  • Exchange for the same product (different size or color, subject to availability)

  • Exchange for a higher-priced item (customer pays the price difference)

  • Cannot exchange for a lower-priced item

Non‑Exchangeable Items

  • Final Sale / Clearance, except for products that are defective in accordance with the Warranty Policy and the Exchange Policy.

  • Hygiene-related items such as underwear and socks, except for products that are defective in accordance with the Warranty Policy and the Exchange Policy. 

  • Free gifts / complimentary items / event giveaways

  • Items that have been used or have visible stains/damage

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Present the product and original receipt at the store or contact the customer service.

  2. Staff will inspect the item.

  3. If eligible → exchange for a new item or select an item of equal/higher price (customer pays the difference).

  4. If not eligible → the store reserves the right to decline the claim.
