In‑Store Exchange Policy
SHIMA Park is committed to ensuring the best shopping experience for all customers. Items purchased may be exchanged under the following conditions:
Exchange Period
Customers may exchange items within 14 days from the purchase date (as shown on the receipt) (for in-store purchases), and from the date you received the item (based on courier delivery records) (for online purchases).
Conditions for Exchange

Must be in brand-new condition (100%)

Not used, not washed

No stains, sweat marks, cosmetic marks, glue residue, or odors

Original tags/labels must remain attached

Original packaging (bag/box) must be in good condition

The original receipt must be presented
Types of Exchanges

Exchange for the same product (different size or color, subject to availability)

Exchange for a higher-priced item (customer pays the price difference)

Cannot exchange for a lower-priced item
Non‑Exchangeable Items

Final Sale / Clearance, except for products that are defective in accordance with the Warranty Policy and the Exchange Policy.

Hygiene-related items such as underwear and socks, except for products that are defective in accordance with the Warranty Policy and the Exchange Policy.

Free gifts / complimentary items / event giveaways

Items that have been used or have visible stains/damage
Warranty Claim Procedure

Present the product and original receipt at the store or contact the customer service.

Staff will inspect the item.

If eligible → exchange for a new item or select an item of equal/higher price (customer pays the difference).

If not eligible → the store reserves the right to decline the claim.
