Online Refund Policy
Customers may choose one refund method:
Option 1 — Store Credit
• Credited within 1–7 days after item inspection
• Valid for 1 year
• Usable exclusively on shima-park.com
• Cannot be converted to cash
Option 2 — Refund to Original Payment Method
A. Credit/Debit Card (Omise Refund System)
• Credit Card → refunded on the next billing cycle
• Debit Card → refunded within 30–60 days (varies by bank)
B. Internet Banking / Mobile Banking
• Customers must provide:
- A copy of their national ID card
- A copy of the bank account page
• Refund will be processed within 30–60 days.
