Online Refund Policy
Customers may choose one refund method:
Option 1 — Store Credit

Credited within 1–7 days after item has passed inspection

Valid for 1 year

Usable exclusively on shima-park.com

Cannot be converted to cash
Option 2 — Refund to Original Payment Method
A. Credit/Debit Card (Omise Refund System)
We will process the refund to the original card used for payment within 15 days from the date the return request is submitted. However, the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may be longer, depending on the processing time of the bank or card issuer, which is beyond our control.
B. Internet Banking / Mobile Banking

A copy of their national ID card

A copy of the bank account page

We will process the refund to the bank account you have specified within 15 days from the date the return request is submitted.
