Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the purchase date (as shown on the receipt) (for in-store purchases), and from the date you received the item (based on courier delivery records) (for online purchases).

Return Conditions

• Must be unused, unwashed, and free of odors

• Tags must remain attached and packaging must be complete

• The item must include all original accessories and all accessories included in the package must be returned

• Proof of purchase is required

• Final Sale / Clearance (if clearly specified before purchase)

• Upper body underwear / socks / hygiene-related items (except where the item has not been opened and remains in its original packaging, or where it has not been used and is in its original, verifiable condition)

• Underwear

• Free gifts / complimentary items

• Used, damaged, or altered items
