Warranty Policy

At SHIMA Park, we care about product quality and want you to shop with confidence. If your item has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to our warranty coverage.

Warranty Period

Items are covered by a 14-day warranty from the purchase date (for in-store purchases) and from the date you received them (for online purchases).

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Loose stitching or seams coming apart upon first use

  • Broken or non-functional zippers upon first use

  • Damaged, defective or malfunctioning components/accessories included with the item upon first use

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper use or misuse

  • Damage caused by improper care or incorrect storage (e.g., damp or extreme heat, improper washing)

  • Wear and tear, stains, odors, or accidental damage from use

  • Scratches or stains resulting from actual use

  • Items alteration (including stitching, cutting, or adjustments) by anyone other than SHIMA Park
